Warehouse Operator

We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, warehouse operator for our Mineville, NY location. Warehouse Operator will help to ensure our operation runs with optimum precision and efficiency, helping to track inventory and prepare it for production.

Forklift certification and previous warehouse experience are a major plus.

Warehouse Operator Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work independently, under supervision and direction of warehouse lead
  • Help to efficiently carryout all loading, unloading, and production tasks
  • Receive and process new inventory, ensuring contents match manifest documents
  • Inspect receivables and inventory for defects, damages, or missing items
  • Use forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts etc. to receive, unload, stack, organize, catalog and transfer products within, or between, various warehouses as needed
  • Label inventory for fast and easy identification and retrieval
  • Perform regular detailed manual inventory counts
  • Stack and stage items for storage, production and shipment as needed
  • Ensure tools and equipment are kept clean and in working order
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to upper management
  • Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations at all times
  • Wear protective clothing and equipment as required
  • Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently according to company protocol
  • Work with other team members to effectively complete assigned tasks

Warehouse Operator Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training
  • Must be physically capable of performing all job duties — Able to work long hours on one’s feet and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent communication required
  • Must be computer literate

Quality Assurance Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to assist its operations team in managing ongoing quality control in its dry supply stream, production tasks, and finished goods output. This position is full time and includes a benefits package, paid time off, and 401K package. A member of the WhistlePig Operations team is reliable, flexible, and industrious. The successful applicant is an assertive identifier and solver of problems, an effective writer and speaker, and is tech savvy. Practical knowledge of all manner of common Microsoft and Google applications is necessary, and SAP experience is a bonus.

We are currently seeking a full-time bottler with an eye for detail and accuracy. Flexible duties and hours Monday -Friday. Must be able to stand on feet for 8~ hours a day and lift 25 pounds without assistance.
